About We Care Elder Services Rhoda Goldberg, a professional Geriatric Care Manager with a background of twenty-six years in geriatric-related healthcare services, is founder and president of We Care Elder Services, Inc. She received her Bachelors Degree from Queens College, New York, and her Occupational Therapy Certification from New York Medical College. She is also a Certified Care Manager (CMC) in long term care management; and certified as a Guardian.
